Kubera Trading · Kubera Life

Rich on both ledgers.

Most people build wealth by spending their health to buy it. Kubera Trading is the method — lower-risk base hits, the position size decided before the feelings arrive. Kubera Life is the practice that keeps you calm enough to follow it. Your account is one investment. You are the other.

Doors open Wednesday, September 23. Founding pricing through October 7 or the first 50 members.

Everyone keeps two ledgers. Most people only balance one.

The problem

There are two ways to go broke.

One is the obvious one. The other is quieter: a full account and a burned-out nervous system, or a full heart and an empty bank app. Find your square. Kubera is the path to the fourth one.

Nervous system · burned out → regulated
Regulated · Broke

Blissed Broke

Radiant, generous, present — and avoiding the bank app. “Money is dirty.” Underpaid for real work.

Regulated · Rich

Quiet Wealth

A written plan, a stop before every entry, a morning that starts with breath. Income you can count on and a body that isn’t bracing.

Burned out · Broke

Spinning Out

Chasing alerts, oversized positions, revenge trades. The account is small and the cortisol is not.

Burned out · Rich

Golden Handcuffs

High earner, no bandwidth. “My brain doesn’t function anymore.” Money in, life out.

Bank account · broke → rich

Trading looks like a casino.

Leverage, hype, alert rooms, and the honest statistic nobody leads with: most day traders lose money. Courses teach a strategy but not the risk rules or the state you trade it in.

So you trade burned out.

Revenge trading is fight-or-flight with a brokerage login. Freezing on the entry, chasing the exit, sizing up to “make it back” — that’s a nervous-system event, not a strategy problem.

You shouldn’t have to choose.

Money matters. Wealth without health is limited; health without wealth is fragile. You can be in the black on both ledgers — but it takes a method and a practice, together.

Your guides

Both kinds of rich. Both kinds of broke. Still students.

We went through the big trading programs and kept what mattered — mostly by dropping the parts that quietly raise your risk. What’s left is a quieter way to trade, and a practice that starts before the open.

Thirty years an entrepreneur in startups and technology — operations, M&A, and scaling B2B software teams. Formerly CEO of CloudApp, which he led through 10x growth and multiple acquisitions; founder of Mingly before that; now also runs Orcaru, an AI company.

Most of those years were spent with the work ahead of the body carrying it. A 200-hour trained yoga teacher and a PADI scuba instructor, most at home in the water.

Trades base-hit spread scalping, and builds the scanners, the position sizer and the journal you’ll use. Learned the order the expensive way — doing first, being second, nervous system last. Would rather you didn’t.

We don’t share income figures, ours or anyone’s. They mislead more than they teach.

The plan

Three steps. The order matters.

Regulate first, then learn, then trade small. Every member starts here — including the ones who’ve traded for years.

Step 1

Read the guide. Do the Reset.

It covers the method, the rules, the taxes and the 15-minute Pre-Open Reset you’ll do before you ever place a trade. Everything after this step assumes you have read it.

Step 2

Join the room. Watch, size, paper trade.

Every weekday morning we narrate our base hits as we take them. Use the position sizer to see what “small” means for your account, then paper trade twenty of them and log every one.

Step 3

Trade small, journal, regulate — and grow from there.

Bring your journal to office hours. Keep the stop before the entry. When the process is boring, you’re doing it right. Later, we cover what to do with a base you’ve built: momentum setups, index options, longer-term positions.

We will never tell you what to buy. Every alert is our own decision at that moment, posted identically to every member.
We post our losses with the same prominence as our wins — ours, and the room’s.
We will not show you income screenshots, ours or anyone else’s.
Cancel from the same place you signed up. Full refund on your first payment within 14 days.

That is the agreement. It is the part most trading programs leave unwritten.

What we trade

Three disciplines. One risk framework.

There are three ways we take money out of the market, and one set of rules that governs all of them. The instrument changes; the stop before the entry, the position size and the max loss for the day do not.

Scalping

Base-hit spread scalping on the price ladder, held minutes. It is where the morning room lives and where every member starts, because the feedback loop is short enough to actually learn from.

Momentum

Trading continuation when the market genuinely offers it — relative volume, the gap, the first pullback. Fewer setups than scalping, wider targets, identical rules about risk.

Options

Defined-risk spreads and index options, for exposure that does not need the whole account behind it and sizing that survives a gap through your stop.

We teach all three as a map, not a menu — including which ones carry more risk and which we would not put a beginner near. ETFs and crypto come up in the room; they are context, not a fourth discipline.

Kubera Life

Your nervous system is your first asset.

Kubera Life is the practice side. Anything you earn in a dysregulated state comes with a bill attached.

A regulated nervous system isn’t a nice-to-have for this work. It’s the edge. Fight, flight and freeze don’t announce themselves. They show up at the screen as chasing, as revenge trading, as the entry you didn’t take.

Wins do it too. The urge to size up, to let it run, to be right. That’s why the exit and the target are written down before the entry, instead of being decided by whoever you happen to be at 10:15.

We teach from the Kripalu and I AM Yoga lineage both founders trained in, plus the research that has since put numbers to the same ground.

Spiritually rich and financially avoidant counts too. You’re welcome here before you ever place a trade.

Kubera Life sessions are wellness practices, not medical treatment.

FAQ

Straight answers.

If your question isn’t here, it’s probably in the guide — and if it isn’t there, bring it to office hours.

Do I need $25,000 to day trade?
Not anymore. FINRA’s pattern-day-trader rule — the $25,000 minimum and the four-trades-in-five-days count — was eliminated effective June 4, 2026, replaced by “intraday margin” standards that brokers are phasing in through 2027. Schwab stopped counting day trades in June and launched intraday margin buying power in July for margin accounts with at least $2,000. That’s the good news. The other news is that leverage in a small account is exactly how people blow up, which is why we size for base hits and set the stop first. Cash accounts still follow settlement rules; the guide walks through all of it.
Do you give trade alerts?
In Room + Tools and above, we post our own trades as we take them — ticker, entry, stop, target and size — and our exits, identically to every member. They are our decisions at that moment, not recommendations for you, and we may change or exit them without notice. Members don’t copy alerts; they learn to read them.
Will I make money?
We don’t know, and anyone who says they do is selling something the FTC has fined people for. Most day traders lose money. What we can promise is a repeatable process, honest numbers in your own journal, a community that posts its losses, and a practice for staying regulated while you learn.
Which broker and platform?
We trade and teach on Schwab’s thinkorswim desktop platform: the price ladder, time & sales, and our scan presets. Other brokers work; the concepts transfer. The Onboarding Package exists for anyone who wants help with the setup.
I’m a complete beginner. Where do I start?
With the free guide, then Kubera Room. If you’d like a human to walk you through the brokerage, the platform and your first ten paper trades, add the Onboarding Package — three calls with a Kubera coach.
What if I’m here for Kubera Life and don’t want to trade?
You’re welcome. Join the free Kubera Circle on WhatsApp and the newsletter now; a Kubera Life membership without the trading room is coming later this fall.
Can I cancel? Is there a refund?
Cancel anytime, the same way you signed up. If Kubera isn’t for you within 14 days of your first payment, email us at support@kuberalife.com and we refund it in full. Renewals aren’t refundable, but cancelling stops the next charge. Annual members get an email 30 days before renewal.

What changes

Ninety days in, here’s what’s different.

Not a promise about your P&L — nobody can honestly make one, and anyone who does is selling something. This is how the work itself changes once the method and the practice are both in place.

You size the position before you take it, every time, because the sizer does the arithmetic and the stop is set before the entry.
You have sixty logged trades, so you know your own win rate, your own average R, and the hour of the day you do your worst work.
You stop at your max loss without negotiating with yourself, because you said the number out loud before the open.
A red day is a data point you post in the channel, not something you carry home and hide.

The wider practice

The room is one door.

Kubera Life is the same work away from the screen — talks, workshops, and longer stretches where there is time to actually do it. A retreat in Costa Rica is in planning for 2027. The trading room is where this is sharpest right now; it is not the whole of it.
